For anyone else who has a Samsung Android who has disabled Gemini and thought they disabled all the Google assistant features only to suddenly have the power button not work as a power button and brings up a "try saying" menu:

This had been irritating me since the 25th of June update, a feature I don't want and didn't ask for.
