Last night I remembered that #SalisburySteak is soft, so I can easily eat it without needing my molars too much so I can get some #meat #protein until my wisdom teeth holes heal. Apparently it has trans fats in it though, which is bad. I'm going to eat it anyway for now, as I need the meat-based protein. Yum, trans fats. #Nestle owns Stouffer's too, which is not good as they seem to want to compete with #Unilever in how much they own.
