@kev I once was a fan of public #salaries for reasons of transparency and inequality of female salaries.
However, in the meantime, I think it would be much better to publish objective criteria how any salary is defined. E.g., basic #salary + 1000€ for PhD in this topic + 100€ for each year working in that discipline and so forth.
Therefore, everybody is able to calculate a salary figure based on transparent criteria and salaries must not exceed those calculated values.
This maximizes transparency without exposing single people's salary and avoids inequalities.

Oui bien sûr, ça reste une entreprise, mais le fonctionnement #coopératif me convient bien pour moi : #usagers et #salariés (plus qq collectivités territoriales, etc) votent au CA (1 personne/personalité morale = 1 voix dans des collèges séparés), pas de bénefs/revente de la société possibles, des objectifs au niveau #environnement et utilité sociale, etc.
