    If your front-end framework requires a large 3rd party organisation to spend person-years developing a whole ecosystem of automation scaffolding and it's own framework to be able to make testing less painful and unproductive, maybe you should have spent more time doing 'design for testing' when you created your front -end framework in the beginning?
    Alternatively, it's never too late to admit it is crap and start over.
