I went to see Quadrophenia - A Mod Ballet tonight. I thought it was brilliant.
Excellent music - not the Who, of course, and no words, but a rearrangement Pete Townsend's tunes (which I've been listening to for over fifty years). Excellent set design and wonderful choreography.
The whole thing worked. It got a standing ovation, including from me!
It's touring. If you like the Who and ballet, go and see it!

@RoseThorns Brings back memories of seeing The Fall live at Sadler's Wells Theatre in London in the late 80s providing the music for Michael Clark's ballet 'I Am Curious Orange'.
They were VERY LOUD, but brilliant. I remember there were a few heckles and walkouts by some more traditional ballet patrons! It was a memorable night!
