    Dear Senator / Representative -

I would like you to draft legislation for an enforceable code of ethics for the Supreme Court that includes consequences such as recusal or termination. Congress’ power to enact an ethics code comes from the necessary and proper clause of the U. Constitution, which grants Congress the broad authority to enact laws necessary to “[carry] into Execution” the “Powers vested by this Constitution” in any agency of the government.

This provision expressly gives Congress the power to pass laws necessary and proper to enable the Supreme Court to carry out its judicial powers. An ethics code is one such law.

Justices on the U.S. Supreme Court do not subscribe to an enforceable code of ethics. Every other federal judge is subject to one.

I am tired of Supreme Court justices taking lavish gifts from people and companies that have brought or will bring business before the court. I believe it is necessary and proper for Supreme Court Justices to be subject to a strict ethics code. I believe that the American people have lost trust in justice, and an ethics code for the Supreme Court is a necessary first step to restoring trust.

Please implement a real ethics code for the Supreme Court, ethics with consequences, just as every other federal judge must abide by.

    Dear Senator / Representative --

How many lives are being lost because this Republican Administration chose to start a war that they cannot win?

How long do I have to wait for Congress to act like a co-equal branch of government and shut down this war?

We are six months into this war, long after Congress invoked the War Powers Act, and Congress has done nothing about restraining the Constitutional overreach of this Republican Executive Branch.

Six months after this Republican Administration launched this war of choice, there still is no off-ramp in sight. I see statements claiming the war has been won or a deal to resolve it was nearly complete, and then nothing.

Please stop the war. Iran's has demonstrated its ability to survive U.S. bombing while inflicting casualties on American troops and allies and choking off the Strait of Hormuz. All Iran has to do to "win" this war is survive as a nation.
This Republican Administration started a war thinking it would be easy to defeat Iran. They were wrong.

Stop the war please. Congress has the power.

    Dear Senator / Representative:

I want you to investigate the Venezuelan oil deal announced last week by this Republican Administration.

This deal involves operational control of 17 Venezuelan oil fields by North American Blue Energy Partners and Alejandro Betancourt López. Betancourt has faced years of corruption and money-laundering allegations tied to Venezuela’s state oil company. Switzerland, Spain and the US have investigated Betancourt for alleged money laundering.

I want your hearings to explore why this deal involves a suspected criminal.

The money for this deal is coming from the Defense budget? This makes no sense. Please investigate this also.

The arrangement violates the Venezuelan Constitution which explicitly says that no foreign entity can control Venezuelan oil reserves. I want a full accounting of the billions in profits this Republican Administration has taken from Venezuela since January.

Finally, there is very little capacity in the U.S. refining infrastructure to process the type of crude oil produced there. Experts estimate that the U.S. could accept 300,000+ additional barrels/day of heavy, high-sulfur oil, a fraction on of the 65-billion barrel deal.

I want you to investigate every detail of this deal and every dollar earned from Venezuelan oil until every bit of it is known. #Resist #ResistOfTheDay

    Dear Senator / Representative -

I want you to object to the Saudi nuclear deal negotiated by this Republican Administration. Vote no. Convince your counterparts to vote no.

Last time I looked, Saudi Arabia was mostly desert and averaged more than 325 sunny days each year. Their ability to produce more solar power than the nation could ever need is one of the many reasons I absolutely object to the export of nuclear technology to Saudi Arabia.

The 30-year nuclear deal negotiated by this Republican Administration calls for the construction of AP1000 reactors, a project that would benefit Westinghouse, jointly owned by Canada-based Cameco and Brookfield Asset Management. These already wealth companies are the only folks benefitting from this deal which is the second reason I object to this deal.

Further, this nuclear agreement does not forbid Saudi Arabia from enriching uranium or ‌reprocessing nuclear waste, two potential pathways for making a nuclear weapon. It also does not require International Atomic Energy Agency safeguards.

Speak out against this deal and vote no on the transfer of nuclear technology to Saudi Arabia.

    Dear Senator / Representative --

Please reverse recent cuts to Housing First programs and allocate more money for housing people who currently have no permanent home.

As many as 170,000 people in temporary housing would lose shelter under the program changes this Republican Administration wants to make. I want you to be a key part of ending their unconstitutional changes to a Congressional program.

These ballroom Republicans want to limit housing to two years with mandatory treatment and work rules. They assert that the Housing First money hadn't fixed the problem of people being without homes.

Homelessness is a multi-tired problem: It is is low wages for workers during times of high corporate profits, the insufficient amount of money allocated to Housing First programs, and the paucity of money allocated to building affordable housing. It is the inability to obtain mental health care, along with unaffordable healthcare in general. Numerous studies show that major health crises are key tipping points for housing instability, including homelessness.

We are a wealthy nation. No one should be living without stable housing.

    Dear Senator / Representative:

I need you to demand that the Trump Administration stop threatening to withhold funds from local police for bomb detection equipment, SWAT gear, counter-drone systems and police overtime if states do not succumb to its unconstitutional demands regarding election law and procedure such as demanding proof of citizenship to vote.

DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin threatened states saying: “We are not going to spend taxpayer dollars reimbursing the states that are refusing to secure their elections.”

Not only is Trump’s effort to override state procedures on elections a violation of the Constitution, but also he is refusing to dispense money that Congress has budgeted for local police. Congress allocates money, no the Executive Branch.

These attacks on the integrity of the states must stop. They will not stop until Congress speaks up and acts.

I want to see you addressing this from the floor for the record; sponsoring a resolution if need be reminding the executive branch it has a duty to dispense funds as allocated by Congress; and making this an issue in your social media accounts.

Make it clear that we cannot afford these continued attempts to hijack our electoral process.

    Dear Senator / Representative -

I need you to take immediate action regarding the US Postal Service and their new rule regarding mail-in voting. I want you visiting Republican leaning areas of the state and doing a lot of very vocal and visible outreach on this issue.

The conduct of federal elections resides entirely with the states. There is no Constitutional or legal authority that give the postal service any say in how states run their elections.

The Supreme Court left open a rule with an impossible deadline, requiring a new design for ballot envelopes less than 10 weeks before the general election. There are only a handful of printers certified to print ballots and envelopes in the US, and they get their orders months in advance. By law, every state mails ballots to military and overseas voters 45 days before the election, which is Friday, September 18. Even if this executive order wa constitutional, which it is not, this is a physical impossibility.

Make it clear that these attempts to hijack the Constitution will not stand. I need you in the media every day pushing back on the plans of this Republican Administration to insert themselves in the election process.

The Constitution is clear on who runs elections.

    Dear Senator / Representative -

I want an absolute end to PACs, super PACs, and untraceable money in politics.

I recently read that the senate races in Texas are likely to involve more than $200 million in campaign contributions.

The ability of rich people to donate unlimited and often untraceable funds is shattering our democracy, and for the sake of all of us, please do something serious about completely reforming how campaigns are financed.

If you can't end these back-room, ultra-wealthy influence peddlers completely, I want you to support the two bills in Congress now that can help take the voluminous darkmoney out of politics and help make sure that our government is truly a representative democracy.

They are H.R. 2352 and S.4602. Both would limit contributions to PACs to $5000.

I want full transparency. I want every political donation to come with the name of the person who signed the check or made the bank transfer. I want all of it public.

I want you to cosponsor and enact these bills and restore our democracy to the American people.

    Dear Senator / Representative --

I am writing to let you know that I want the US Navy to name its next carrier after World War II hero Doris (Dorie) Miller. This would be the first carrier named for an enlisted sailor, one who earned his place in American history through courage, sacrifice, and service.

More than 80% of the Navy is enlisted, and naming a carrier after the working sailors of the Navy is long overdue. 37.8% of Navy members identify as a race other than white, the largest percentage of any of the armed services, according to DoD's own reporting.

The issue of recognition and representation is important to me, and that is why I fully support the naming of the USS Doris Miller. I want you to be a vocal supporter as well. Do not let the honor due this sailor be stolen and given to someone who has not served the nation and the Navy as Doris Miller did.

Please make statements in every committee hearing, in every appearance on the floor of Congress, and to every possible media outlet. Dorie Miller is a Navy hero and deserves the honor.

Ten weeks ago, I asked you to take immediate action to get the fiscal future of this nation in order. Ten weeks ago, the national debt was $39 trillion.

    Now is is $40 trillion.

The government is spending more than a trillion dollars a year just to pay interest on the mounting debt. Interest is now the government's second-biggest expense, trailing only Social Security.

Spending by this Republican Administration outstrips revenue by more than $2 trillion a year.

Please use every media appearance to highlight the fiscal crisis this Republican Administration has put this country in.

I want a bi-partisan committee of technical experts to submit a list of policy recommendations to put this country back on sound fiscal footing.

    Dear Sen / Rep -

I want you to draft legislation stating that every prison, detention facility, concentration camp, or temporary holding center, be it run by the federal government or a government contractor, is required to allow state health inspections. I want this legislation to make it absolutely clear that DHS, ICE, and their Geo Group for-profit prison partners are subject to state inspections of water, food, and sanitation without exception.

ICE is attempting to place its private detention network beyond the reach of state inspectors, publishing draft contract terms that declare state and local laws “shall not apply” to the facilities.

The new terms were published earlier this month, a day after a federal judge ruled that a contract cannot override state law and ordered ICE’s largest Pacific Northwest detention center opened to Washington health officials.

The ruling came only after three years of litigation, 10 refused inspections, according to the state; and 3,500 detainee complaints.

DHS is trying to do an end-run around the court system.

I need you to make sure that this does not happen.

I am tired of DHS ignoring the Constitution, federal law, and state law. This legislation that I'm asking you to draft is a band-aid on a much larger wound. I need you to fix this please.

    Dear Sen / Rep --

I need you to take immediate steps to fix the changes coming to the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

Right now, the existing 340B Drug Pricing Program sells critical drugs (such as those for chemotherapy) at 20-50% discounts to safety-net hospitals that serve a significant number of low-income patients.

But this Republican Administration wants to change the program, forcing hospitals to pay the full price for the drugs, then get reimbursed later by the drug companies.

Set to begin Jan. 1, the amended pilot for the 340B Drug Pricing Program specifies "timely" rebates on select drugs from pharmaceutical companies that are involved in the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program.

Most safety-net hospitals are nonprofits, and many of these are already at risk of closure. A recent study by the Chartis Center for Rural Health determined that the national median operating margin for rural hospitals is 1.0%, and 46% of rural hospitals are at risk of closing.

These hospitals literally do not have the money to pay the full for-profit price for these critical medications. These safety-net hospitals also don't have the kinds of cash flow that can allow them to wait a month or two for the reimbursements to show up.

I don't care how you fix this, but I need you to fix this.

    Dear Sen / Rep --

At least a dozen Middle Eastern countries have been pulled into the war. China and Russia are helping Iran. How many lives are being lost because this Republican Administration chose to start a war that they cannot win?

How long do I have to wait for Congress to act like a co-equal branch of government and shut down this war?

Every warfare and intelligence expert I read about says the same thing--airstrikes do nothing to undermine Iran's ability to conduct sustained retaliatory strikes or to continue to threaten commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. Even the Pentagon was querying soldiers for creative ways to win the war, proof that this Republican Administration dragged this nation into a war of choice with no plan.

John Hannah of the Jewish Institute for National Security of America told Bloomberg, “I’m skeptical that further escalation has a high chance of achieving President Donald Trump’s objectives in Hormuz, which for better or worse has become the war’s new center of gravity. Certainly not at a cost that Trump, the American people, or the world economy are prepared to pay."

How much wider does this war have to get before Congress shuts it down?

    Dear Sen / Rep -

Why are you giving ICE access to new weapons that can deliver painful shocks without warning? The manufacturer of these shock gloves note that "the device should not be used as punishment, against people merely exhibiting “verbal defiance or belligerence” or on high-risk populations such as children, pregnant women or elderly or disabled people."

Based on how we all have seen ICE behave, do you really trust them to use these gloves responsibly?

An agency that shoots people on a moment's notice, flouts every use-of-force convention, and lies about use of force in literally every case has no business gaining access to this technology.

Members of Congress already have serious concerns about the mental health of some ICE members. DHS has not answered any Congressional questions regarding how people with documented histories of violence end up working for ICE and drawing a tax-payer funded salaries.

By not answering Congressional questions, DHS is defying the powers given to Congress in the Constitution.

I need you to shut down ICE's budget.

Use every procedure in your legislative toolkit to prevent ICE from functioning until there is a complete and total overhaul of the entire organization, bringing it to full compliance with every aspect of US law.

    Stop ICE's murders and abuse.

    Dear Sen / Rep:

I want you to write an amendment to the Constitution prohibiting/disqualifying any candidate for Federal office who has been convicted of a felony. Many states currently bar convicted felons from office. A felony conviction of sexual assault prohibits a person from working in any government run educational facilities, e.g. public schools, universities, childcare. This person would also be barred from jobs in healthcare, law enforcement & security, and jobs in sensitive information roles. Federal security clearance policies exclude convicted felons from many government roles.

A conviction of financial fraud bars a person from serving in banking and financial services, e.g. accountant, real estate agent, insurance agent, Treasury or finance department manager or bank teller. This person could not serve as an officer in a publicly traded company and barred by the SEC.

The US is that rare exception that allows a felon to be president or vice president. We must eliminate this loophole in our constitution and raise the bar for the type of candidates eligible to run our country and its institutions. This is a common sense action that will strengthen our democracy.

Please make this happen. The country needs this amendment.

    Dear Senator / Representative -

I have seen enough news about AI generated deepfakes being used to cause harm, and I want you to start drafting legislation to stop it. Junior high boys are creating deepfake nudes of female classmates. Politically motivated bad actors are making deepfakes of politicians with malicious intent. I want this to stop.

This behavior harms Americans, particularly women and people of color.

I would like you to follow Denmark's example and change US copyright law to ensure that everybody has the right to their own body, facial features, and voice. This will allow people to sue those creating deepfakes for copyright infringement.

AI has made it easier than ever to create a convincing fake image, video, or sound to mimic the features of another person. These videos and images are being misused and I am asking you to draft and introduce legislation to fix this.

Everyone has the right to their own body, their own voice, and their own facial features. Changing copyright law is a simple, straightforward way to combat deepfakes and would provide financial penalties that would discourage the generation of deepfakes, force social media to take down the deepfakes, and force payment to the person whose image was used.

    Dear Senator / Representative --

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), responsible for tracking and issuing recalls of dangerous products sold in the US, is pressuring hospitals to share personally identifiable health data with a private contractor with no guarantees of privacy, no accountability, and with no public comment period.

The CPSC is requesting millions of records from emergency room visits for any injury, from a broken bone to a childhood vaccine reaction or even a suicide attempt. A CPSC official insisted in the emails that the institutions provide all ER patients’ identifiable information, such as names, addresses, diagnoses, and other personal details, to the contractor, Konza Health, for analysis. In correspondence with hospital executives, Konza representatives described participation as “mandatory” or “required.”

I want you to call attention to this overreach and make sure that all federal agencies, commissions, and committees follow the law. I am tired of the Executive Branch and its various subcomponents thinking it operates outside the law and I want you and all of Congress holding them accountable.

    Dear Sen/Rep -

I need you to amend the Endangered Species Act to fix the loophole that is allowing this Republican Administration to redefine harm. For decades, federal officials have scrutinized projects that harm habitats - logging projects that cut old-growth trees and agriculture operations that divert water from streams where salmon return to spawn.

But now, harm only applies to actions that directly injure or kill the animals.

Under this rule change, you can now destroy the resources a species requires as long as you don’t do it when the species is at home. If you drain a salmon river during the summer when the salmon aren’t in it, that is allowed. What happens when the salmon arrive in the fall to swim upstream to spawn and there's no water?

A 2019 study of endangered species from 1975 to 2017 found that only 17% faced threats from direct killing, while 81% faced habitat loss.

Across the West, federal public lands provide critical habitat for many species. If the US Forest Service were to permit a logging operation on old-growth forest under the new “harm” definition, state wildlife officials could do nothing to stop it.

You can fix this. Amend the Endangered Species Act to protect vital habitats. We can’t save a species unless we save the places that they live.

    Dear Sen/ Rep --

Sen. Andy Kim on Tuesday unveiled a proposal for all American children to receive Medicare, called MediKids. I want you to support this bill.

At a time when families with kids lack health insurance and children face unacceptably high rates of infant and child mortality, this bill would ensure that all children have health insurance. It is appalling that children go without health care because of what their parents earn, their zip code, or whether they can navigate a complex and fragmented health care system.

Nearly 24% of working Americans stay in the job that they have just for the health insurance, according to a recent poll by Gallup and West Health. The worry of losing benefits for their families inhibits the ability of people to switch jobs or careers, and economists have long warned that tying family health insurance to a specific job prevents people from starting their own businesses. More than 20% of people who used to have insurance through ACA programs can no longer afford their health insurance, and many of these are entrepreneurs and small-business owners.

I want you to stand up for families, children, small-business owners, and entrepreneurs and support the MediKids program so kids can have health insurance regardless of what job or health insurance their parents hold. #Resist #ResistOfTheDay #healthcare

Please stop this war. Congress voted to end the war. There is no "reset" of the time limit because of a ceasefire.

This war of choice started by Republicans remains illegal. It violates the UN Charter which prohibits the threat or use of force except in self-defense against an armed attack and it violates the 1973 War Powers Act.

The US military is bombing desalination plants, which is a war crime.

Article 54 of Additional Protocol I of the Geneva Conventions explicitly prohibits attacking, destroying, removing, or rendering useless objects indispensable to the survival of the civilian population. It specifically lists “drinking water installations and supplies” among such protected objects.

The provision exists because such infrastructure cannot be separated from civilian life: when it collapses, people die from thirst, disease, and the cascading failure of hospitals, agriculture, and sanitation systems.

Rep Raskin's original proposal is below, and should serve as a starting point for discussions.
    --
All citizens for the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older, shall have the right to vote in any public election held in the jurisdiction in which the citizen resides. The right to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States, any State, or any other public or private person or entity, except that the United States or any State may establish regulations narrowly tailored to produce efficient and honest elections.

Each State shall administer public elections in the State in accordance with election performance standards established by Congress. Congress shall reconsider such election performance standards at least once every four years to determine if higher standards should be established to reflect improvement in methods and practices regarding the administration of elections.

Each State shall provide any eligible voter the opportunity to register and vote on the day of any public election.

    Dear Senator / Representative --

Insulin is not optional for more than 8 million Americans living with diabetes — it is a daily need. It is not a luxury or something they can delay and go without until their next paycheck. It is the medication that keeps them alive.

That is why the INSULIN Act matters. It is bipartisan legislation that would help make the lifesaving medication more accessible and affordable for more Americans by limiting the out-of-pocket cost at $35 a month for people with private insurance. The bill would ensure people are not forced to ration their medication because they cannot afford it.

No one should ever have to ration insulin to stretch a paycheck. No parent should have to worry whether they can afford the medication their child needs to survive. No American should be forced to choose between life and debt.

I oppose undoing the 2001 Roadless Rule, which prohibits road construction, logging, and mining on roughly 60 million acres of public land. This rule must stay in place to protect the homes and businesses adjacent to national forests, to protect the water those communities depend on that flows through the National Forests, and to protect the human-centered logging jobs that have grown since the rule was imposed.

I want you to make a strong stand against this rule change with us.

A look at the past 20 years of wildfires shows that most wildfires start near roads. Roads let in people. People play with fire. The fires burn out of control. After more than 20 years of monitoring, the science is clear -- forest health is improved by fewer roads, not more, and water quality is improved by more forest, not more roads.

While the 2001 #RoadlessRule prohibits large-scale logging, it has an exception for smaller-diameter timber to be cut and sold in areas that are at risk of severe fires. The logging goals of this administration could be achieved by small-diameter timber logging, the kind that actually creates more jobs because it is a human-intensive operation, not mechanized.

Follow the science and retain the 2001 Roadless Rule to preserve our #NationalForests and clean water.

In a six-day period, ICE agents killed two men who were NOT the target of any federal investigation in two states, proving that the lethal problems in ICE and DHS are systemic and have not been fixed.

I want you to fix them.

ICE has been involved in 29 shootings and 11 killings.

Being undocumented is a civil offense, and DHS has consistently demonstrated its desire to treat lack of documentation as a capital offense worthy of killing.

In Maine, ICE's victim had a social security card and was authorized to work in the U.S. In Texas, ICE's victim was in the process of finalizing his documentation.

The ICE shooters in Texas and Maine were not wearing body cameras.

Force ICE to wear body cameras at all time. Force DHS to provide data on how many body cams they have already distributed. Require 100% compliance within 30 days.

Since the White House shows no interest in protecting the lives of immigrants, Congress needs to shut ICE down while these deaths are investigated by an independent entity, not someone at DHS.

Hold your own hearings as well. Speak out against these horrendous killings loudly in all media: traditional, digital, and social. Do your job of oversight.

    Dear Senator / Representative:

Many Americans must provide a doctor's note if they are going to miss five days of work in a row and use any paid leave to cover this time. Because ordinary Americans must justify their medical absences to HR, I want you to draft and push forward legislation that requires the same of Congress, all federally-elected individuals, and all Cabinet appointments, be they confirmed or acting.

If any person in any of these roles is to miss five days of work for a medical reason, I want I doctor's note provided to Congressional Majority Leaders, Congressional Minority Leaders, and the head of OMB. These notes do not need to be made public, but they should be subject to Freedom of Information Acts.

Failure to provide a note that would meet normal HR standards would be a loss of pay, starting after day 5 of their absence.

I want all federal officials - elected, appointed, and acting - subjected to the same medical leave standards required of the rest of us.

    Dear Senator / Representative:

I want you to vocally and vociferously oppose any legislation that undermines birthright citizenship. Not only is it immoral and unconstitutional, it would be costly to American taxpayers to be forced to defend the indefensible in court.

The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 last month that the President cannot overturn the 14th Amendment with an executive order. But Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote that Congress could pass a law narrowing the scope of the 14th Amendment.

House Speaker Mike Johnson then said that he will look for a “legislative fix” for citizenship that he claimed is being “devalued.” He said that the House will move forward “immediately.”

I do not support creating a class of stateless children in America, which is what would happen if birthright citizenship were ended.

I want you to fight any law related to birthright citizenship.

We need a serious overhaul of our immigration system, but sadly, this cannot be done while unserious people are in charge of this country.

    Dear Sen/Rep -

I want you to take a firm stand against the groundwork this Republican Administration is laying to return disability to a medical model of treatment in institutions.

I worry, that this Republican Administration wants to return to the days when government entities felt no obligation to support people with disabilities, and I want you standing proudly and frequently with disability advocates. I want to see you in the news and on social media taking a stand in support of funding for mainstream support structures for those who are differentially abled.

Our society should support those with disabilities with how we design our buildings, our transportation networks, our educational programs, and our workplace habits.

I want you to be a public push-back on any efforts to make disabled Americans some sort of problem that needs to be hidden in an institution. I want you to stand firm in your support of the Olmstead ruling and in your support of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The United States has more than enough wealth to make sure every American can thrive. I want my tax dollars supporting more social services, and I want you to lead on this effort.

    Dear Senator / Representative:

The District of Columbia has a greater population (694,000) than either Vermont (645,000) or Wyoming (589,000) and yet has no voting representation in Congress.

This is an injustice that should be remedied.

What we are doing to the citizens of Washington, D.C. is no less unfair or egregious than what colonists cited to justify their own independence.

I want you to support DC statehood.

These citizens should have the opportunity to advocate for or against federal policies and laws that affect their lives, not merely be subject to them. They deserve a true voice in Congress.

These citizens should have full control over their local laws and government rather than be treated as a ward of Congress. As recently as 2025 and 2026, Congress has used its power to disapprove local DC laws.

These citizens should be treated as living in an autonomous state with carve-outs for federal buildings such as the Capitol and the White House. The fact that they do not is a civil rights and racial justice failure.

Senate Bill 51 has 43 co-sponsors; House Bill 51 has 207. It’s long past time to bring this to a vote, and I want to see you push for one.

    Dear Senator/Representative -

I want you to support changes to the Family and Medical Leave Act to make sure that every American has the same ability that Rep. Tom Kean Jr had -- the ability to deal with an unexpected illness or emergency without going broke.

As written, the FMLA provides 12 weeks of unpaid leave in a medical emergency, but how is the family to survive when the sick person is responsible for supporting the family? The FMLA also does not provide any support to those who are self-employed or work for small companies.

The bipartisan bill introduced in June that would give 12 weeks of paid medical leave to all federal employees is a good start, and while I want you to support this, I also want you to work to expand paid long-term medical leave to everyone.

The Congressional staffers working in Rep Kean's office would not get four months of paid leave. And what about the new accountant starting her own firm with only two employees? What federal assistance helps to support this job creator and her employees if an emergency surfaces?

I want you to work tirelessly for a stronger healthcare safety net for all Americans. We all work hard, and we all deserve the same benefits in a time of crisis.
