@Kayray At the risk of TMI, here is my tale from when I was a younger pup:

My feet being cold at night was a sign that my period would be starting in a few days. When I grew up and studied #reflexology and #massage, I was tickled to find that all around the ankles, inner and outer (which one naturally rubs together to warm the feet), are the reflexology points for stimulating/soothing the reproductive organs, both ovaries and testes.

Sometimes self-soothing skills are innate. 🤗
