Worst day I've had in a while.
Dr is off until Tues. His nurse practitioner is 'not comfortable' giving the steroid shots. WTAF? Didn't she go to school for this shit? I am beyond angry.
Last night I was pulling a label off of a large juice bottle (plastic). Because it was hanging half off and my OCD won't let that stand. I lost my grip and the bottle ricocheted back at me and hit my inner forearm. HARD. Ended up with a pretty bruise and a goose egg. On. My. Arm. 😦
