#BiometrischeFernidentifizierung (#RBI) breitet sich in Europa immer weiter aus. Befürworter*innen behaupten, sie helfe, Verbrecher zu fassen, doch die Beweislage ist dünn. Ihre Wurzeln liegen in der Polizeiarbeit im Paris und London der Jahrhundertwende. Doch das ist längst nicht die ganze Geschichte.
Sie war keineswegs bloß ein Werkzeug der Verbrechensbekämpfung – sondern diente ursprünglich der Kontrolle kolonialisierter Bevölkerungen unter britischer Herrschaft in Indien.

Je n'aime pas du tout les ventes aux enchères. J'y retourne de temps en temps pour me faire une idée sur les prix à pratiquer, et aussi parce qu'on me le demande gentiment. Le tirage au sort a ma préférence, il me semble bien plus en phase avec l'idée d'équité que promeut la monnaie à #DividendeUniversel.
Je vais passer sous peu au tirage au sort, il est à peine plus contraignant à mettre en œuvre que les enchères de Vickrey.
