If anyone is keen, I will be leading a #iaido practise for beginners on Sunday 12:00, here in #Nurmijärvi, at the #Rajamäki taekwondo club.
Open to everyone and there is no cost.

On Thursday this week, at 7pm, we have an open doors #aikido training session, along with the #Taekwondo club. Anybody can come and try one or both arts. So please do pop round if you're anywhere near #Rajamäki in #Nurmijärvi — or even if you're not! Aikido is a beautiful and deep #martialArt and while it requires patience, is hugely rewarding.

Heads up: we are hoping to have Takeshi #Yamashima (8th dan #aikido) to lead practise at our dojo in #Rajamäki on the 7th of August in the evening!

They are the only brewery specifically targeting fine dining. Interestingly they’re located in the old #Alko factory building.
