Took me four hours to get from Herne Bay to London Town yesterday, bc of the #RainhamKent fire on Tues night. That's about double what it would normally be, folks who aren't from these parts.
Fed up with train (and other) companies using #birdsite for their customer service. "Use this hashtag on X" - no! Post the info on your fking website!!
Slow to adopt and far too slow to drop, these corporate machines.
