Sąd uznał, że zatrzymanie aktywistów Ostatniego Pokolenia przez Policję podczas wiecu zorganizowanego przez Koalicję Obywatelską w czerwcu na Placu Zamkowym w Warszawie było nielegalne, niezasadne i nieprawidłowe.

„Sąd za niedopuszczalne ocenił działania Policji, które polegały na prewencyjnym pozbawianiu możliwości uczestniczenia w zgromadzeniu. Swoboda wyrażania poglądów, w tym tych krytycznych względem władzy, ma istotne znaczenie w społeczeństwie demokratycznym” – mówi adw. Jarosław Jagura, prawnik współpracujący z HFPC, który był pełnomocnikiem zatrzymanych aktywistów Ostatniego Pokolenia."

Jeg mener faktisk at #twitterfiles var mye skrik og lite ull, men at det ble avslørt noen ting som var problematiske. Gamle Twitter brøt den sosiale kontrakten med oss brukere ved å manipulere innholds-synlighet i større grad enn vi var klar over. Jeg er ganske sikker på at det skjedde da det var mest oppmerksomhet rundt Wikileaks.
Det ble også avslørt en slags innebygd rasisme i ulik moderasjon av US-engelsk innhold og f.eks. arabisk.

Last week #MaxKeiser and #StacyHerbert announced they are leaving #Birdsite and joining #Minds.

It might not be the #Fediverse, but any big step away from the nasty behemoths is probably a good thing.

At a glance it looks like Minds is served over #Amazon but that might just be for static content, so please correct us if we are wrong.
