Need a name for a module/class/adt in programming with the following features.
- It shall maintain exclusive access for one client.
- If a client calls while another client is in, the latter is thrown out, but the new client is not allowed in.
- If a client calls and there is nobody in, the client is allowed in.It is a bit like a mix of a semaphore and a radio button, yet the intermediate "force all out" stage is different.

This is exactly backwards! Checkbox (top) should be square, radio buttons (list of reasons) should be round. Come on!

UPD: You can select multiple reasons, so checkboxes are correct there. My bad
