Hi, this James. We started fostering him about 10 days ago. He’s been at our rescue for four years and hasn’t yet overcome his early life traumas 💔 We’ve been taking things slowly, because when he is scared, he screams in terror. (I have never heard that sound and I surely don’t want to!)
He really needed a nail trim, so we were advised to give him some Gabapentin first. It worked like magic! As you can see, it made him a little sleepy. Instead of inserting a syringe of meds in his mouth, I mixed it in with mashed banana. Yum. 🍌

Friends! After recent furniture movements I can now supervise bunDad while he is on the computer 🐇🧐
(bunDad: I moved rhe bench near the desk a few weeks ago, today she finally started using it 🥳 she also uses it to nose bump my leg to ask for cuddles 🥰 and yes there's bits of snac, hay, and fur everywhere 🫣)

#RabbitsOfMastodon Bonding these two boys (Gandalf and Chungus) has been a bit challenging but I think we're getting closer! Probably been easier because they're both fixed and are a little older (4 and 7).

Finally got Bubbles a tunnel she fits in. Everything else is too small. We put a little rug in, but she dug it out right away.
