Had my intake Zoom meeting with the clinician last week. She only read questions from her screen and didn't seem interested in me at all. The goal of this meeting was mostly determining if I'd quality for ketamine treatment (which I barely did; I wasn't considered depressed, but anxious enough to qualify, and there were no medical contraindications). Ketamine will arrive this week. First ketamine treatment session the week after!

I think psychedelics are incredibly interesting and I believe they can change lives for the better. Today I signed up with Mindbloom, which means I will soon be trying ketamine. This is the first legal, FDA-approved psychedelic in the USA. I am confident more will follow (e.g., LSD, psilocybin).
