    In a post on Telegram, pro-Iran hacktivist group 313 Team claimed responsibility for taking down @protonprivacy with a Distributed Denial of Service attack.

    Proton's status page confirms they are investigating an incident impacting their services, but does not provide any details.

    Update: ProtonMail and all other services except Calendar have been restored.

    Proton f/k/a (formally known as) ProtonMail is currently experiencing network issues impacting some users.
    ProtonMail, ProtonVPN, Proton Pass, and Proton Wallet are impacted.
    Proton Calendar and Proton Drive are impacted, according to Proton's website, but appear functional.
    So far, no statement has been made on Proton's fediverse account.
