    Here's why I specify that. The forms we have to fill out to view a rental property are often used to extract personal information that's totally unrelated to renting a home. If you don't answer all their questions, however unreasonable, it's anyone's guess whether or not you get to view the property. But the implied threat is obvious.

    This is one reason I suspect they're #DataFarming on the side.

    Its a tempting thought but might be unworkable in practice. A well balanced UBI would remove the need to *feel like* a person must accumulate land for rent, which may help to ensure that only those who are competent #PropertyManagers actually bother with being #landlords.

    There are nasty #Property-Manager-types out there…
