First real back-to-back training today. After the long run yesterday I did another 20k, +900m, -1050m today.
I took the early bus from Brig and ran from the Simplon Hospiz to Rosswald. Down with the gondola (included in #MagicPass).
Beautiful landscape, not much people, short break at the Bortelhütte. But way too hot 🥵
Now legs are really stiff and I will need a session on my blackroll later this day. 😣
