Però aquesta qüestió, que és fonamental, és ara mateix en litigi al Tribunal General de la Unió Europea, que aquests mesos (o setmanes) vinents farà pública la seva sentència."

@spla I recordeu-vos-en d'interpretar la situació de la #Ponsatí en clau d'Unió Europea: aquí hi ha en joc la sobirania del Parlament Europeu sobre els països integrants de la unió. Darrere la Clara hi ha un grup de MEPs que volen avançar el projecte d'integració europeu, que passa per reduir encara més la sobirania dels estats membres. El primer pas, fer valer la immunitat dels MEPs.
