Can confirm, was very frustrated trying to piece together official info and maps about the #PointFire that caused a friend's family to evacuate last week, until WatchDuty pulled out all together. Highly recommended!

#CALFire Incident Management Team 4 Thursday morning update.

The #SitesFire in Colusa County is 19,195 acres & 15% contained. They have 1,532 personnel assigned to the fire.

The #PointFire in Sonoma County is 1,207 acres & 70% contained. They have 1,035 personnel on the fire.

The restaurant is also available to deliver (or have someone pick-up) up to 20 complimentary meals for fire agencies working the fire.

Hmmm, purple says it’s all good down here but there’s a distinct smell of fire in the air - guessing from #pointfire up on lake sonoma and dry creek.
so many great vineyards up there - looks like the top end of west dry creek (where Preston is) is under evacuation and on the edge of the fire perimeter now 😳

#PointFire now airtanker T86 is headed for the runway at STS and is on her way too to join T85 already in flight to the fire…
