Today in productive distractions: use up old blackberries (freezer space) and various fresh and frozen plums (also space)
Results: 2 plum cakes: (I used Danish Apple cake batter and defrosted some cherry plums)
- 5 jars of plum, blackberry and blueberry jam
(Not enough plums - it just tastes Overwhelmingly Blackberry™️ but nvm)
