As of January 26, 2026, there are 29 laboratory-confirmed cases of E. coli reported in the following provinces: British Columbia (4), Alberta (12), Saskatchewan (6), Manitoba (2), Ontario (2), New Brunswick (2) and Newfoundland and Labrador (1)
