Grumble. #Cooking for lunch was a bust. Bland risotto and no chicken in the chicken saltimbocca cooking box.
Luckily I had experimented with a #pincho/#tapas recipe. So there was then tuna croquettes to the risotto. 🤷‍♂️👨‍🍳
