I find it frustrating that my #colonoscopy prep instructions don’t tell me how much #electrolytes I need to drink for the #PicoSalax. Like it only suggests #Gatorade or #Powerade, which I do not like and it doesn’t tell how much of it to drink. And the ones I like such as #Organika or #LiquidIV say only to take 1 or 2 servings per day on the package so that does not help, 2 Organika servings were not enough last time.
