At least one of the officers on board the Mary Rose owned a pewter chamber pot, presumably because he didn't want to make his way to the heads when nature called.

I dropped one of my #OtherworldMiniatures spider #miniatures. Its rear legs bent. In trying to bend its legs back, the first segment of one of its rear legs broke off and fell in the floor. I can't find it.

But... the spider still looks OK missing part of a leg segment there. Maybe it is a seasoned fighter and lost part of a leg in combat?

I think I'm going to make it the "tough" spider.

I have all three primed and drying now.

I got my #DarkswordMiniatures yesterday.

They included a freebie #miniature. I don't know if that's random or because I'm a new customer.

I got my new #Owlbear and Cubs (DSM4634) and Female Vampire (DSM1197) cleaned and ready for priming, and prepped some steel washer bases for them.

I'm excited to get that owlbear on the table in my #Pathfinder1e #Ustalav game, though its CR (4) is too high to actually use soon.

My green stuff epoxy came today. I filled holes in washers I used for bases on #ReaperMiniatures goblin wolves (essentially greater #barghest) and I started basing #CrookedDiceGames hurdy-gurdy man that I plan to use as an advanced #bogeyman in my #Pathfinder1e #Ustalav campaign.

The next #miniature I want to get based is #BombshellMiniatures 20002 Shunkaha, which is a gorgeous metal #werewolf with a tomahawk (and an optional hat) that stands at 42mm.

The #ReaperMiniatures #metalminiatures (#pewter) I ordered Sunday (07 May) arrived today (10 May) even though their estimated arrival was 18 May. I'm not complaining.

I have four ready to be primed.

The goblin wolves (02710) are much nicer than I expected, as they're big enough, IMO, to be greater barghests instead of just #barghests. That works better for my game. I've mounted them on 2-inch bases. I'm excited about them.

Now for some painting...

A new #introduction post as I switch servers from Artisan Chat: I am a #cosplayer and prop builder from the Chicago area. I have recently been focusing on various metalcrafting techniques, including casting #pewter, repoussé and chasing. My other main hobby is #UltraRunning and I'm about to attempt my first 100 mile race in about a week and a half. For my day job I am an art director specializing in motion graphics, but I'm not going to talk about that here.
