Ich habe diese Doku eben zum dritten Mal gesehen. Jedes Mal habe ich etwas Neues gelernt. Lasst euch nicht von dem T-Wort im Titel abschrecken.
Hauptsächlich geht es um die Sponsoren und Einflüsterer des Trampels. Das ZDF hat das journalistische Schwergewicht Claus Kleber losgeschickt, und er hat Interviews mit Leuten bekommen, die sonst nicht oft mit Journalist:innen reden. Manche von ihnen entlarven sich selbst als extreme Menschenfeinde.
Laut Wikipedia ist »Paypal-Mafia« eine scherzhafte Bezeichnung. Diese Doku stellt klar: Das ist eine richtige Mafia – wahrscheinlich gefährlicher als alle anderen – und Peter Thiel ist ihr Don.
Deutlich wird auch die zentrale Rolle von Palantir bei der Abschaffung der Demokratie. Palantir ist nicht nur eine Softwarefirma, sondern der zentrale Überwachungs- und Repressionsapparat schlechthin. Wer Palantir die Tür öffnet, muss bekämpft und bestraft werden. Noch haben wir die Wahl. In Hessen, NRW und Bayern könnte es schon zu spät sein – da durfte sich Palantir schon in die Polizeisysteme einnisten.

I'm sharing it here at least in part because McGreal is very firmly a mainstream media source, and until very recently this type of background information on the billionaire nazis ruining our society as we speak, really didn't get a lot of play in the mainstream media. This kind of critical background information wasn't necessarily a "secret," but corporate media has always been far too fawning towards tech billionaires to bring up "inconvenient truths" like the reality that the richest guy in the world, who is currently helping to enact a white nationalist agenda in America, comes from a family full of cracker nazis.
Edit: to be clear, I'm not saying that nobody ever rises above a reactionary upbringing here; I grew up in just such an environment myself and I think I've done a pretty good job of not turning out to be a nazi. If however, someone, let's just say a handful of the richest guys on earth, spends a lot of time promoting fascist, white supremacist ideology, and helping fascists and white supremacists win elections, and then directly influences policy decisions that affect entire countries (if not the world) in a way that promotes fascist, white supremacist hierarchies, the fact that they were raised in an Apartheid environment surrounded by people who love nazis, is probably relevant. trump must know, and is likely playing along because hes got no choice. Trump has been a puppet at the end of the day, and is very malleable to the interests of the corporates, the #blackrock types.... he literally used his personal(?) financial adviser #larryFink to determine monetary policy during #covid, resulting in printing record breaking amounts of cash that went to the corporates, who bought back their stocks. Its what started the #inflation (theft) that we still suffer with today. I personally knew people who were on #facebook who were warning about the policy in 2020 and they were deemed SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY and effectively REMOVED from the #falsebook platform. All they were doing was warning of the inflation/theft that would follow.
Trump is very partial to corporate fascists dressed as "libertarians" like #peterThiel, again, not even the RT will draw attention to thiel's #Palantir and the #PaypalMafia, who are helping to destroy all aspects of the internet that could liberate us from repression.
Despite trump's supportive rhetoric of muskrat, i doubt he'll put the #muskrochipped in govt because a) trump knows muskrat is unpopular despite the corporate media fawning over him, b) muskrat can probably do more harm to ppl outside of govt with that trashy ex-bird platform, and c) did i mention the thing is MICROCHIPPED, trump probably doesn't want bugged hardware in his cabinet.

The bad thing is, I would actually agree with the systemic descriptions and the connotations of #TechnoFeudalism. If you factor in the #TESCREAL dimension of #Elmo and the #PayPalMafia et al, you even gave the medieval "beliefs" dimension. And no-one will argue that if you receive millions of dollars of seed capital, you owe your #liege aka #VC #fealty. And, yes they collect rent, and yes, they either inherited the "rights" or acquired them, charging rent.
