The absurdity behind today's in-game purchases is that if you would buy all the possible things they offer for a single game, you can easily get above $10k or even more. This is absurd considering that's only for 1 game.

Sometimes there's not even an upper limit, usually for #Pay2Win crap when they basically sell you cheat codes. Pay to make the game easier / less painful to play. It's a #scam.

But yeah, the gold card subscription is too expensive in comparison... At first I got plenty of rubies from ranking high in the weekly ranking and from completing the challenge cards, but with the former it's getting harder to compete with the #pay2win players, and the latter is taking longer and longer to complete, and also depends on ranking highly...

Yeah, I think I've reached the #Free2Play ceiling in #MarioKartTour for now...
