Η Airbnb είναι η επιδραστικότερη online εταιρία σε δεκάδες τομείς της πραγματικής ζωής, όμως!
Ένωσε τουρισμό, real estate, κατασκευές, τοπικές οικονομίες, ήταν όμως αχόρταγη και τα «έβαλε» με τοπικές κοινωνίες, κράτη, και φορολογικούς μηχανισμούς που έχουν την δυνατότητα να θέτουν νόμους και κανόνες!

Über viele Jahre hat man zur Ankurbelung des #Tourismus Werbung für den #PiburgerSee gemacht, obwohl die Badeanstalt gar nicht Platz für so viele Menschen hat.

#Wildbaden, also Baden vom Uferbereich, war seit eh und je verboten, aber geduldet, weil 🤑.

Spätestens seit #Corona ist das Ganze eskaliert, damals herrschte dort quasi Anarchie ohne Rücksicht auf Verluste - von TirolerInnen(!!), weil damals durfte man nicht weit weg. Und das in einem #Landschaftsschutzgebiet! Menschen sind und bleiben Egos. 🤷‍♂️

Es gibt nun zwei Möglichkeiten: BesucherInnen bleiben fern weil:
1. Rücksicht auf die Natur, oder
2. weil der See gesperrt werden muss um ein Kippen zu vermeiden.

Ich wette auf 2, weil 1. betrachte ich mittlerweile als UNMÖGLICH. 🤬

Die Gemeinde heißt übrigens Oetz, nicht Ötz (so heißt aber die Kastralgemeinde 🤷‍♂️).
