An #introduction: I am an experimental physicist at #SFU. I am interested in the #optical and #electronic properties of #quantum #materials, and I use pulsed #lasers to characterize how they behave when they are #OutOfEquilibrium. I grew up on Coast Miwok land in California, live on the unceded traditional territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) people, aka #VancouverBC, and am interested in #academia, #inclusion, #science, #art, #music, #family, and #friends.
