#OrangeAvenue might be a State Road (527), but #EstherStreet, where the #PulseNightclub #crosswalk crosses, is very much a City of #Orlando/ #OrangeCounty road/ street that is outside the State's jurisdiction.
Simply put, the State of #Florida had no right to paint over the #Esther #Street #crosswalk memorializing the #Pulse #Nightclub #massacre and #victims.
