This concept and tooling seems portable to many other contexts.
Personally have been involved in a number of tube-surfing geographically scattered/challenged tech deployments where a plan would have been better than swatting reactively at a buzzing swarm of asynchronously arriving "it's broke and we need parts and delivery."
I guess this will work best sitting on a rich history of stats.

Ok, at a client site right now for a meeting I was just told that the highest level solutions experts in the company weren't able to work out when to use Public Comment and Internal Comment, and could we just disable Internal because then they'd stop replying to the requester in a way that the requester would never see?
It's not a problem for any other group, just for The Smartest People.
The same people, in fact, that needed ticket group admin because they didn't want to have to put in requests for another team that owns the product to make changes (but they want us to make this change because Internal vs. Public is really really hard).
