Does anyone know of a multi-protocol, publish-only app that can post to multiple accounts?

What I'm envisioning is a UI into which I can enter a title, a TL;DR (less than 500 characters), and a body text, and hit 'publish'. The app can then post the whole lot to long form accounts (eg WP, Ghost, Medium, SubStack), and the TL;DR to micro-posting accounts (eg Mastodon, BlueSky, Nostr) with a link to my preferred long form platform.
