Proprietary/centralised software/servers (Discord) are a poor choice, but the fact is that the #GenZNepalese protestors [0] are at the forefront of #OnlineParticipatoryDecisionMaking as a complement to f2f decision-making. A *real-world* prime minister resulted from their online election [1][2].
