So, me being me, when I use the phrase "dope" as in "awesome", I spell it "doap" (rhymes with soap). I've done this for a great many years.
I kinda disappeared off the radar when I was very ill with #covid, right into #LongCovid (you are still masking, right?), and lost touch with a lot of formerly close people.
Recently I've been in contact with several old pals, and each one at some point used my spelling. A silly thing, but deeply meaningful - they're giving me a sign like they remember *me*.
