And now the #Omsk refinery is burning, #Russia's largest oil refinery, more capacity than any plant in Europe. It's noteworthy that #Ukraine not only manages to strike very deep into Russian territory, they also land precise hits on crude distillation units. These are the key units of any refinery. You might manage to run without a hydrotreater here or a cracker there. But without a CDU your refinery is just idle columns and pipes.
