My daily note generally consists of two things:
1. I have a note called "Daily Note", which has a link to the things that are big on my plate that will be touched during the week. I update that note maybe two or three times a week, but not that often.
2. I have a perspective in OmniFocus that is generally a list of flagged tasks and tasks that have a date of today, which could be the due date, the deferred date, or any of the dates that OmniFocus uses.

What does your daily note look like — minimal, packed, or somewhere in between?

@JoBlakely I use devonthink to index all my digital everything, and I export deliverables to a sane folder structure in the cloud.

I use #drafts to capture incoming notes and tasks.

I use #Obsidian for daily notes, a scratch pad, and an interface to my tasks, schedule, and important information I reference frequently.

I use #todoist for tasks, but I wish it was #omnifocus

#BusyCal for calendar, but I wish it was #Fantastical.

My point is, the tool doesn't matter. Any tool will do.
