It's here yall, Vocalizer for automotive for modern NVDA has been archived and preserved.
The sise is around 25 gb and for now there's only the option to download all of it, but later on we might have choices to download set voices or something.
Thanks to the community I will have something to write up for this soon, but for now the version info is none.

Hey all! I didn't think this existed but thanks to a friend, we now have Vocalizer automotive and Vocalizer expressive 1 running on android! Time to say hi to Aaron and Nicky on Android, and time to actually have a good product of Vocalizer instead of the crap codefactory is doing.
