Albanese made the comment in a post on X in response to remarks by Israeli model Sarai Givaty to the Hebrew-language i24NEWS channel.
The UN rapporteur reposted part of Givaty’s interview, in which she asked: 'Is it possible for me not to feel sad about every child crying in the world?'
'I am sad. But I also realise that if we don’t act, this child will grow up to become a terrorist,' Givaty said.
Albanese responded: '(Children will grow up.) This was also the argument made by Nazi officials during the Nuremberg trials to justify why they killed children during the Holocaust.'
Throughout the war in Gaza, Albanese has taken strong positions in support of Palestinians and against Israel’s actions in the territory."

The Israelis have not only destroyed the lives of the Palestinians in Gaza but are also resorting to all sorts of nauseating strategies to get rid of the Palestinians in the West Bank.
The fascist government of Israel is encouraging Jews to settle in the West Bank. Most settlements are situated in areas in which 60% of the West Bank is controlled by the Israeli military.
Today, more than 470,000 Israeli settlers live in the West Bank, with over 700,000 living across the entire occupied territory, including East Jerusalem.
It is apposite to underline that most of the world — the United Nations, the African Union, and the International Court of Justice — view all those settlements as illegal under international law.
Under Israeli law, official settlements are approved and backed by the Israeli government. In fact, permits for settlements are given to Jews only. On the other hand, unofficial outposts are built without government permits and are 'officially' illegal under Israeli law. 'Officially' as in practice, the fascist state supports them in all circumstances, and those who contravene the laws are neither prosecuted.

Since the attack of October 7, Jewish settlers are feeling emboldened. The fascist government of Netanyahu is supporting the Jewish settlers fully. The Jewish settlers act with impunity and are daily enabled by Jewish security forces.

Since decades now, thousands of homes belonging to Palestinians have been demolished to build the illegal settlements in Jerusalem, while vast areas used for farmland (cultivation of olive trees) and grazing have been requisitioned without any form of notice.
The respectable Israeli human rights group B'Tselem (hats off to that organisation) have repeatedly said that 'more territory has been taken to build roads and checkpoints' that restrict Palestinians' movement in those areas and effectively lock out existing Palestinian landowners"
