@sudarkoff I ran into Huberman's description of #NSDR a while ago. It describes a state I get into when my naps "fail", i.e. when I do not actually fall asleep but do get into a state of deep relaxation of body and mind, and the result feels the same as a power nap: restored focus, anxiety gone etc...
