Am Freitag fand der Abschlussempfang des #NRWUSA-Jahres "A perfect Match" im Landtag NRW statt.
Im Rahmen dieses Projekts war mein NRW-Fellowship am American-German Institute, Johns-Hopkins University angesiedelt, das ich diesen Sommer in Washington, DC, absolviert habe.
Die Kooperation war ein großer Erfolg: Allein in diesem Jahr konnten drei Politikwissenschaftler*innen aus NRW als Fellows in den USA forschen!

Today is the final day of my NRW fellowship at the @american German Institute (AGI; in cooperation with and State Chancellery of North Rhine-Westfalia and NRW School of Governance @unidue) #NRWUSA.
It was a pleasure and a privilege to be part of the AGI team for such an amazing, eventful and enlightening time during the eight weeks in Washington, DC!

My trip to New York City as part of my fellowship #NRWUSA allowed some time to experience the culture and atmosphere of this amazing city.
My personal highlights: visiting the United Nations, bicycling in Central Park, crossing the Brooklyn Bridge, and attending the Late Show with Stephen Colbert!

Celebrating this weeks' #WorldBicycleDay, I would like to share some more impressions from bicycle routes in Washington, DC. #NRWUSA
- Chesapeake and Ohio Canal and Capital Crescent Trail at the Georgetown Waterfront Park (connecting to Rock Creek Trail).
- Cycling in the United States National Arboretum - both very close to the city.

Such a great time at #COPPR2024 (Conference on Policy Process Research) #Syracuse2024
COPPR is a fantastic community of dedicated scholars and practitioners and I enjoyed the discussions, presentations and sharing insights over the past three days.
It was the first time in 12 years that I attended a conference under a different affiliation than #UDE (Uni Duisburg-Essen). Thanks to the American German Institute at Johns Hopkins University and #NRWUSA for this marvelous opportunity!
