Finally saw my first hummingbird! I didn't expect to see any, since I didn't put the feeders out this spring for the first time in 43 years due to #NotMyCat 's presence during the day. So that was special!

For my birthday this morning, Notty Cat gave me the clearest cat conversation yet. She made several attempts to wake me early, but I have a firm rule: No food or treats until after 7. Notty is making real progress differentiating her talking buttons. We've been working especially on her favorite buttons, water, play, and training. I assumed that "treat" would be the favorite, but she hardly uses it so far. "Pets" and "wants" are also popular.
