A late-night coffee – not the wisest choice, but when focus is needed, one must do what one must. My mum, who has #schizophrenia, is elegantly preparing a meal despite the biting cold. Meanwhile, I’m at my desk, indulging in a few dark chocolate chips – the perfect little indulgence. A refined moment before the evening meal, keeping it light, balanced, and just a touch indulgent.
