@CTVNews @winnipeg-CTVNews Built by Manitoba company New Flyer (though likely actually built in the US, I'd have to check). They make the Ottawa electric buses, though just traditional style so far. Ottawa uses double decker buses for busy routes because articulated buses have trouble on our hills in the winter. #NewFlyer #OCTranspo #ElbowsUp
