Should I have been reading any Stephen King at age 6? Very much NO. Was I? Very Much Yes. I was bored of the Bible and had finished all the Asterix & Obelix books at the local library

Does anyone else get unsettled by having two different colored light sources? Like my reading lamp is a very bright, almost clinical white. My living room light is standard yellowish. If I have the reading lamp and the ceiling light on , the contrast between the two lights will bother me until I shut off the overhead one.
Neurospicy or just weird quirk? Never bothers my partner.
