The plan is also to register EBNEO as a nonprofit org in the US (and de-reg as a nonprofit org in Sweden), a good step forward as the organisation is mostly led by US academics now. Glad to have seen it grow, from the early roots within @99nicu and @karolinskainstitutet ! -

Silly context example (“how are ratings for maple syrups compare?”) but otherwise good to get how it works.
BTW, it’s a bad decision by NEJM to place this content behind their paywall. To paraphrase the old saying - Education wants to be free!

She had her halftime-PhD seminar today, her thesis includes a very nice project (population-based register data etc) on term infants with Apgar
Score 0 at 10’, and their short and long term outcomes. Stay tuned until #jENS2025 in Belgrade!

National and population-based #swemed data incl 2.5M children born 1995-2019 - no association seen.
I.e. negative study with an important #publichealth message.
