Re the paracetamol <> autism paper, senior author Prof Brian Lee was recently interviewed by JAMA, a well-balanced discussion with one of their Deputy Editors.

While updating our local RDS guideline and #surfactant treatment, I am looking into the data about the dose increase from 100 to 200mg/kg of poractant. While this higher dose is in the Eu consensus paper fr 2022, it seems the actual data about this is pretty vague and less convincing. Anyone else sharing the same impression about this literature? #NeoMastodon

We (ie @99nicu) started the #nicuverse server and have tried to get some #NeoTwitter colleagues to move over to a #neomastodon but few has made the move.
