World Prematurity Day: when I was junior resident (SHO) in an NICU, 1981, we saved our 1st 26 wker. Survival now 90%. 2005 my daughter was born at 24 wk; here day 1 & 19 years later, on her way to becoming a nurse. What a privilege to have spent 44 years in this field #NeoSky #worldprematurityday
