I love it when there are two guys with the same name out living radically different lives. Just like there's a Dan Carkner who is a chef and bon vivant (it's true). Anyways I've been collecting info on Morris Morgenstern a communist (?) klezmer musician born in Simferopol and who was a working musician in NYC before WWII. Meanwhile most of the results are about his counterpart the Austrian-born banker and philanthropist of the same name, who also seems like an interesting guy.
