Both the NAACP and the Southern Environmental Law Center worked together to document the timeline of events and xAIs fucking up local air quality.
They had aerial photographers take thermal images of the facility catching Musk's company red handed building an unregistered private power plant.

I thought that I would be safe from persecution, once I got to Japan. This turned out to be wrong.
I ran out of the funds I came here with, in February 2026, and have been #homeless here since.
I turned to every refugee assistance I could find: #JAR, #AAR, #RHQ, #FRESC, #UNHCR , the #Shinagawa City Ward Office. They all denied me assistance.
Second Harvest gave me 5 food packages, over two months, each of which lasts 2-3 days.
The #Takanawa #Catholic #Church was feeding me 1 meal a day, though now they have stopped even that.
When I reported to Mr. Takaii, a priest at #Meguro Catholic Church, that I had been abused by a Catholic Charity in #Kona , #Hawaii ( documented in the link above ), he suddenly told me he did not speak any English, though we had met a few times, and had several conversations, and he speaks English fluently.

The #Pope has condemned #war and called for #peace , and scored cheap #poltical points against #Trump , though he has not called on all #Catholics to resign from the military, and stop participating in war. His apologia are crocodile tears.
I am presently hungry, homeless, and need of medical care.
The Japanese #Immigration Bureau keep asking me why I have "overstayed my visa". I keep responding that while my asylum application is pending, I am not overstaying in Japan. Japan is in violation of #International #Law ( 1951 & 1967 convention on the treatment of #refugees ). They can easily extend my visa, so I can get medical care and food. I have reported to them several times that I am in pain, and need food. They keep on harassing me.
It seems to me that the #JapanPM has decided to make same mistake that Japan made in #WW2 - siding with #corruption

Pentagon AI chief Cameron Stanley, in a sworn DOJ filing defending #xAI from an #NAACP pollution lawsuit over the Colossus 2 data center near Memphis, stated that Elon Musk's #Grok Gov Model was used to deploy "over 2,000 munitions to 2,000 distinct targets within 96 hours" during Operation Epic Fury against #Iran. The filing argues the data center is vital to national security. Sen. Gillibrand has introduced a bill to ban #LLMs from making force/detention decisions without human oversight. The Independent adds that this is the first explicit administration admission of using Musk's AI to bomb Iran, and notes the strike on a Minab girls' school killing ~175 children amid scrutiny of AI-driven targeting.

That's exactly the point, isn't it? For one thing, AI is not a technology - it's a grab bag of statistical tricks, none of which deserve the label 'incredibly powerful.' LLMs are known for producing plausible-sounding nonsense; they are bad at most of what they're asked to do. And in warfare, plausible-sounding nonsense means plausible-sounding target lists. War crimes are still war crimes, no matter how polished the list of targets that justifies them. Nobody who cares about human life wants that. Only someone who hates humanity would deploy it, and that's exactly what Musk and the Trump regime are doing.

Eleventh Circuit Affirms Decision to Preliminarily Block Unlawful “Stop W.O.K.E.” Censorship Law
"In an important victory for professors, other educators, and students across Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals left in place a preliminary injunction blocking Florida’s HB 7 — also known as the Stop Wrongs Against Our Kids and Employees Act (Stop W.O.K.E. Act) — from being enforced in institutions of higher education, pending appeal. The procedural ruling maintains the preliminary injunction until the Eleventh Circuit issues a decision on the merits.
