I couldn't care less about AM, but the background and shady shady doings of the Murdaugh family and associates have turned into a story to rival the best Grisham novel. Every day you learn some other crooked thing they did, and how they are pretty much an organized crime family in the area. Plot twists at every turn. For me it's been like a really good long tv series.

Not feeling well today at all (and having to basically overplay it because my spouse does not understand chronic pain or illness AT ALL). So it’s just me, the cats and Lovey watching this trial. LeeLoo has been all over it! Why is it being shown live on major cable news channels?
Have there not been any other murders? No #AbuseOfPowers? No #RailCatastrophes? Not even a fucking war?

Prosecution ended their opening statement by calling AM the storm that came for Maggie and Paul & compared him to the storms coming across the country rn
He also said “what’s up? What’s up?” at one point during his statement
Then, Pooty made Alex stand up while he told the jury that nobody will say there was any problems in their interpersonal relationships
so that’s how this trial is starting
